After paying the price they did not listen to complaints

Location/place: Paldi, Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Spidigo

Dear Sir,
I have a internet connection of Spidigo, I have paid 17 months’ rent in advance. But most of the time spidigo does not provide me the service. And when i call to file my complaint they did not listen. I doing some important work on internet which costs me a lot because of no connectivity.
I request you to take a legal action against it.
