Hi,
this is to inform you that my complaint is pending for last three weeks with LG customer care team they are cancelling the request with out notice & no reasons are being provided to me why they are cancelling.
Only once they visited my place & they told some component needs to be replaced that too on 14th Aug and when I contacted them again they said request has been cancelled.
Please look into this as this Tv was purchased in march 2012.

repeated request has been made and the number for supervisor provided to me 9711359784 for Ms Anju is not contactable as no body picks your call as I have dialed around 50 times there is no response from there.
if your supervisors don’t believe in picking the call then please give higher authority number who can listen to customer complaint after getting money from us.
Please suggest if we need to contact consumer court for the same.
