i had placed an order on 17th july,2012, was told the product would be delivered within 3-4 weeks, failing which i wrote to them, only to get delayed and unsuitable response, saying it will be delivered in september/ mid september. There phone lines dont work, customer care is poor. Online sites such as this should be shut down with immediate effect, they are an absolute nuisance and fake most of the times, without any legit customer care facility. Not a patch of other sites such as fashionandyou, jabong, brand mile, which are prompt and genuine. Do not place any order with them.
