Dissatisfactory services & Very rude behavior of vodafone centre

I, Mrs Archana Gajjar mobile user of VODAFONE bearing the mobile no 9909963526 name of Archana P.Gajjar in Anand Gujarat.
I have two cards of Vodafone in CUG45 plan since last two years. I have paid monthly bill regularly since last two years .Now Vodafone Company has changed their billing cycle for that CUG plan & they didn’t inform us via Message .I have paid last month bill (july-2012) as amount as RS 596/-on 3-Aug-2012 & the last payment date is 13-Aug-2012 as per Vodafone message services .After paid of such amount Vodafone sent another message for bill payment as amount RS 1023/-for bill dated 15-Aug-2012 & the due date is 01-sep-2012.So I went to Vodafone centre at Grid chokadi ,ANAND. I meet to Ms Tammana Arora who is the employee of Vodafone company ,with Token no 287 on dated 22.08.2012 at 01:33 PM .She replied me that Your CUG plan billing cycle has been changed for last three month so you will have to pay Rs 1023/-. She is also told me that we can’t inform you about billing cycle because it is our company policy. So I told her that I have not received Hard copy of this amount of bill so please sent me this bill copy to my mail address. She replied me that we can’t forward you a soft copy of bill without your id proof. This is also our company policy. At that time I don’t have id proof so I told her that I want to meet your manager. She was going to manager cabin & came with another person whose name is Pinto who is not a manager & both replied me very rude manner .I have suffer this type of behavior so many times from this Vodafone centre through different employees. As a customer we are not getting proper response & satisfactory services from this Vodafone centre.
You are requested to please give me a justice. Kindly find the attachment of token no receipt .you are requested to give me your reply at my mail id as [email protected].
