Complaint Against Improper Service

Dear Sir,

Myself Madhuri Shetye – Mestry holding Airtel Prepaid connection 9892673707 since 2003.

I would like to bring this in your notice that executive of airtel called me on Saturday 08/11/2014 from landline number 022-66557600 to offer me facility to convert my airtel connection from prepaid to postpaid.
I accepted the same and asked him to send his representative on Monday.

Airtel representative visited my address on Monday 10/11/2014 to collect my document & to get my signature on application form & Rs 300/- Deposit.

Same person again called me next day 11/11/2014 saying he needed some more documents & Sim card handed over to me was incorrect & will visit my address again to replace the same. (he called me from 9004367265)
I co-operate him and handed over the same.

However despite of giving more than 15 reminder calls since saturday 15/11/2014 my Airtel connection is not yet started.

I am loosing my patience now and request your intervention in this matter.

I am sure that same will be resolve my tomorrow 19/11/2014.
