I have place an order on Myntra (order no : 16427555) on 15 Jun,2014 with id [email protected] . While I was making payment, The transaction got failed. Amount has been deducted by my bank (HDFC) frim my account. I called up HDFC, They have given me a complain no (797898) and asked to visit nearest HDFC branch to fill a complain form. I visited HDFC branch and filled the form. After around one month they responded me back saying that they have transfered the money to Myntra, contact with Myntra.
Then I filled a complain on Mantra (complain no: X14-0920-004765). They told me they would talk to their finance department and would revert back. After around ten days I called again then they told me that myntra hasn’t got any amount for that order. Then I told them that bank said they have transferred the money to mantra. Then They asked to mail my bank statement and assured me to refund the money. I mailed them my bank statements. After all this they replied me that they haven’t got any amount for the order.
Now, I am in the situation where bank says that money has been transferred to Myntra and Myntra says they haven’t received money.
Kindly help me in getting money back.
