Balance deduction from nowhere

I m a Vodafone customer…last night I twice got charged for some kind of download ,which I never downloaded… 30+49…i.e 80 rupees of my prepaid balance…when I call the customer care…they tell me that my amount cannot be refunded….need help and my balance back
