COMPLAINT AGAINST AIRTEL

HELLO,
SIR,
ON 20/06/14 I WENT TO AIRTEL CENTRE AT MUKHERJEE NAGAR TO PAY MY BILL. THERE I OPTED TO PAY THE BILL BY MY SBI ATM. THE STAFF THERE ASKED ME TO ENTER THE PIN AND I ENTERED THE PIN THEN AFTER TWO MINUTES HE SAID IT’S NOT WORKING YOU HAVE TO PAY BY CASH. SO I WENT TO ATM, THERE I CHECKED RS 1200/- HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT . THEN I TOLD THAT AIRTEL STAFF MEMBER ABOUT DEDUCTION BUT HE SAID THAT IT WILL ROLL BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. AGAIN I PAID RS 1200 BY CASH. MY AIRTEL LANDLINE NO. IS 01145261985.
AFTER THREE DAYS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. PlEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER CAREFULLY.

    Please inform me about the status of my complaint.

    You are requested to payback my money Rs 1200/- by 20 july 2014. If you failed to comply then I will go to court for civil and criminal proceedings against Airtel.
