I was a customer of airtel health postpaid scheme which offered 500 local minutes and 200 sms free . But suddenly they wished that this scheme be changed to 100 local minutes and 100 SMS without informing me and this amounted to huge bill as can be imagined . Though I have paid the bill for 2 months in order to port the number,the porting request had also been blocked by airtel as was told to me by my porting service provider . Many of my friends have also been victims of this injustice . I have lost around 1500 rs for this and they are still sending huge bill amounts . I kindly request to see into the matter as soon as possible .
