Complaint Against the wrong and false statements from the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card

This is a gentle reminder to the Standard Chartered Bank Customer Care that according to the mail respect to the reference No

Ref : 03/13/061671/SP/CRD

I have paid all the outstanding amount on my credit card no ending with 3986. Also refer the mail from Mr. Prakash from the customer care department attached with this mail in which he has accepted that payment has been made and there will be no further interest charges and late payment fees for the same outstanding and after that I had not received any statement from the Standard Chartered Bank credit card.Last month only I got the statement in which Bank is asking interest and late payment fees on the some amount which does not reflect any details because I haven’t used the card after that incident.

If there is any billing amount after that reversal then please let me know and I know there is none.

Now, I am getting messages daily from the customer care but after sending two mails nobody from the customer care is taking care of my complaint.

I request to please check all the bill cycles and refer the mail from Prakash in response to my complaint :

Dear Customer Care,
As per the mail below, I made all the due payments and Mr. Prakash has also verified this in his mail attached to my current mail. In his mail he has accepted that this is a mistake from the Standard Chartered and he will nullify the outstanding amount and all the charges.
After all this communication why still I am receiving the statement with the outstanding amount with late fees and interest whence I haven’t used it after that.

Again this is request now to please nullify all the amounts from my credit card account else I have no option and will put my complaint in the consumer forum.
Please make sure that I do not receive these wrong statements with some due amounts..

I am also attaching the credit card statement copy with my mail
