I had already made the payment for akash ubi slate 7C by cheque dated 10.07.12 for an amount of Rs.4498. It has already been cleared on 13.07.12. after repeated mails also they said that they will deliver product, called & verified address but not got the product. I got fed off by writing mails & calling to them as they will not atleast responses to the same. I had applied for cancellation on 29.04.13 & letter has been dispatched to them on 01.05.13 but not got the refund from them & more over they will not reply to mails also. when they got the cheque sent to same address & got the payment, not able to process the refund send for the same address. what a GREAT COMPANY.
I want to get the refund. Please let me know how to lodge complaint against them.
