Aptera Interiors is an interiors company in Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. I had given them an order for Bathroom vanitys. They took a 50% advance of Rs. 50,000/-. After taking the advance their was no communication from them about the work, and the people never answered their phone. After 1 month and lots of pushing from my side, they delivered some of the material. The material delivered was only part, and was all faulty and not based on the design agreed upon. They agreed to replace it. But again the same process was repeated and there was no communication from them. They never answered their phone. After more than a month (more than 2 months after I paid them the advance), I went to their office and asked them to refund. I was told that the material would be delivered within 2 days. The material delivered was again faulty. I asked the senior person to come and visit and see the mistakes for himself. He came after a week after repeated calls. After a couple of days they sent people to take the old material back and said they would deliver the new material in a few days. It has been 2 weeks since that and I have not even heard from them.
Please do not visit this fraud of a company for your interior work.
