DENIAL BY COMPANY FOR NON-REPLACEMENT OF NEWLYLY PURCHSED SMARTPHONE

Sir,
I, Nilesh Dholakiya, residing at Gondal, Dist.Rajkot, State:Gujarat purchased a Micromax make smartphone, Model A91 from Shreeji Mobile, Rajkot on Dt.07.04.13.Bill No.1927. Within one week I found fault in phone like phone hanging and sensor not working.Following scheduled steps for solution, I sent the phone in Micromax Service station. After 15 days I got back the phone but in as it is condition.i.e. problem of sensor not solved. At present, I have further sent it back to Micromax Company’s Service Station. But there is no any reliable reply from the company. I requested many times for replacement with new one but I am denied of it. Please do needful in the matter.
