Name of company/service: Complaint against Reliance Communications
i have taken one reliance postpaid n. in the month of June-services started from 5 July 2012.again it suspended on 9 July as per add was incomplete.i have submitted the document again on 11th July 2012 for add change and verification .but n. was not activated i have spoken with appellate and customer care many times .and finally i resubmitted the doc again on reliance web world sec 14 gurgaon finally n. activated again on 27 July .but address is remain incomplete while add change CAF-form n.-3858832364 report was positive.i have called customer care ,appellate authority many times and visited Reliance twice and i spent very much money on call travel only for this issue..today after 7pm this issue resolved but i spent my valuable time and money and mental harassment. i already spoken with appellate manager Mr iikbal but he was not able to solve my issue. i just want to file harassment case against Reliance GSM – Postpaid services.
