I had applied for a home loan with LIC Housing Finance Limited File No: 3103001592. After humongous amount of follow-up and running around,my loan have not sanctioned, I was very clearly told at the time of filling application form by the Officers/ Agents (Rajeev Sharma) that my cheque of Rs 5515/-will be refund, if my loan is not sanctioned. Now, they are telling me that the cheque deposited by you was the first up-front fee which is totally non-refundable and in case it can be refunded to you. I was not educated about this as I mentioned in the email, I was promised that my cheque of Rs 5515/-will be refunded if the loan has not been sanctioned.
Now, they are not listing to me, never reply to email. Always make excuse. Please help me getting my hard earn money back. It is almost more than 3 months nothing has done.
