We have recently purchased 1 RICO (Registered OFF in Bombay)water Filter in Hyderabad through CSD Canteen, which is not working since it was bought and we have immediately called to company authorised service person Name (Mr.MADHUSUDAN)requested to come check the filter, they are completely neglecting the consumer in providing service and ask us to bring it to the service centre at Shop No.8/1/34/30/4,Bapu Nagar, “Legerhouse,near.Sai Ram Hospital” we are making many calls to HO as well as the above service person, our issue is not yet resolved, we request you make the JUSTICE in this regard.
