I made a booking of flight from varanasi to mumbai for date 18 aug 2013 which costs 5651rs , then i rescheduled it to same flight on 25 aug 2013 which costs 4498rs on date 17 Jun.
They asked me the rescheduling fee of rs 1250 that i paid them.
But they are not returning me the difference in the airfare
that is 5651-4498=1153
I gave them example that if i reschedule a flight of rs
4000 to flight of rs 9000, then you wil charge the customer the difference that is
9000-4000=5000 rs or not. and they said yes we will definitely charge that.
Then why they wouldn’t refund this 1153 rs.
I called their customer care 3 times on the same date and they took around 2.5 hours of my time but they didn’t committed for any refund of the airfare difference.
This is worst experience i had with them.
