Name of company/service: Micromax
I bought my Micromax Canvas HD phone in april last week in 2013. Firstly, it came with a few defects, to correct them I submitted the phone to the nearest service center on 6th june 2013. It has been 12 days since then and I’m yet to receive any notification from their side. I called on the customer care number, they asked for further 10 days. I have also tried calling the service center but nobody is picking up the call.
I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to this.
Please suggest me a way forward.
