Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to bring to your notice that i have been subjected to unfair deductions of my prepaid balance.

I got a recharge of Rs.30/- Some days back. Rs.23 /- was deducted towards the activation of ONE MONTH SONG PACK.

It’s not a 1st time , I got recharged many time and always deducted from my account without any information or permission. They activated tags self.

I spoke to the customer care but they were not able to provide any convincing answer.I request many time at customer care to activate DND but they didn’t activate till now.

I request you to please look into this matter and revert my balance.
