complaint against defective products

i bought a blackberry mobile curve 8520 in november month 2011, in the month of july my mobile’s key pad stopped working all of a sudden then i gave it to the service center in delhi lajpat nagar,the service center was full of people in panic asking for their mobile’s problem but nothing was told. They took my mobile and said that they will send it to banglore for repair and will be back in 7 days. I went back to collect my cell 2 weeks later and recieved my phone and another day it stopped working again…i am so much dissapointed as i have no time to go back there again as i have recently joined my job.. and their service is not at all satisfactory people over there were shouting in panic for there problem to be solved and few times later they again have to come back … and there is no proper response from the company. I am aa middle class person just out of my college i bought this mobile with my heart andwhat just the company does is making us fool and wasting our money and time… please help me if will research you will fing thousands of similar cases… expecting some action from your end against such scams
