We Purchased an microtek online ups with 6 battries in January 2012 from RPG Equipment Pvt. Ltd. 3 battries has not working since 18th june 2012. We made a complaint in Microtek and they told us that battries are out of warrenty so they will not provide us any warrenty. They told us to contact to RPG Equipment Pvt. Ltd. We contact our dealer RPG but he has not give us any response.
