Hi,
I recharged for rs 205 through ICICI net banking on 31st July and the amt was deducted from the account transaction ID : 0340206367 but the amt has not yet been credited to my airtel account. I tried calling the CC dept of airtel and they took the details n the transaction no and filed a complain stating that it will be resolved shortly but its more then 7 days and the issues is not resolved and i get calls n sms from them that it has been resolved and it will be credited shortly or has been done but its not done yet. i call up again and again the same process goes on.
Please suggest what to do as its a mental harassment calling up again n again n getting the same response.
I request you to please punish the provider and get us compensated for their such actions.
