Complain Against Reliance Broadband Service Provider

Location/place: Satellite, Ahmedabad

We took broadband connection from Reliance before 3 and half month to trial. At that time they provided good service. And now when we paid for 1 year,out Internet is not working from 12 days. And I am a freelancer, So its a big loss for me. I am complaining everyday but they are saying,”Ho jayega, Jaldi Ho Jayega”. Now its unbearable.So I told them to complain Consumer Forum. And they Reply Us,”Jaisa Aap Thik Samje”. So Now I am helpless and trying to terminate this internet service from RELIANCE.
