Mobile phone sent for servicing still not recieved after 2 months

I had returned my mobile Xolo X900 to the company service team by FedEx. For X Series phones, there is no other way to service the phone but to courier it to the relevant centre.

The mobile phone was sent on 16th June and today on 6th August, there is no communication from the concerned authorities. The customer care executives are unable to help as there is no complaint logged in their system which was supposed to be done by the authorities after reciving my phone. The person Incharge for Mumbai region, Mr. Dinesh dont pick up any phones which I have been trying for past 1 month.

I dont understand the intent of this company to not even inform the customer of his rightfully owned product.

I dont even know where exactly my phone is sent as the authorised Lava Service centres dont service X Series phone. This was enlightened to me only after I went around places.

I dont find any other way to get any basic knowledge about my phone and hence compelled to write here.

This is a clear case of Fraud as the relevant team dont even respond after calling numerous times and customer care show their inability to help due to their authorization limitations. There are numerous mails sent by me which are still to be replied.

Can I get any help?
