the led panel of my tv stopped working and lining started coming on tv.I submitted and complaint to service centre of panasonic on 29/11/2013 at that tym product was in warranty period service request no.=PI-ASC-1311-147566.I got cnfrmation message from lm-panaso and said that request will be attended by MURTUZA KHAN.than after some tym I got a messge that request has been completed but no one came at my home for checking the product.I allot of tym called servicr centre a girl attended the call and said persn will cme tmrw tmrw like ths 2mnth cmpleted but no one came and tv is as it is now also tv is not working.no proper reply from company.
I want to get my tv corected and also want compunsation for the problem I faced and also for the contacts I done to them…please check to it.
