THEY COLLECT BILL TWO TIMES,BUT THEY ARE SAYING ONLY ONE TIME

DEAR TEAM
i have made the payment BEAM FIBER on 18th of september and 19th of september, throug SBI credit card,
and they have collected on 21st september.
and i have got the refference number from bank and the transaction id also.
Refference NUmber – 060579
the Transaction id -1426 4001 5000 00163 (this is fro 18th day transaction)
19th september transaction id – 1426 4001 5000 5300 00299

but the beam telecom team saying they have collected only 19th september, but i got the

Here i have called to bank and beam telecom ,
they bank team saying ..amount credit to beam but here beam telecom exucutive says they not recieved..

i dont know what to do..please help me on this issue
