FRADULENT PRACTICE NO REFUND

I BOOKED AIRLINE TICKET ON 18TH SEP,2014, FOR TRAVEL ON 24TH NOV,2014 THROUGH EASYGOTRIP , HAVING ITS REGISTERED OFFICE IN GOA. THE PAYMENT OF RS,5694 /WAS PAID BY CREDIT CARD TO THE TRAVEL AGENCY . THE TRAVEL AGENCY SUBSEQUENT TO CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING INFORMED THAT THE AIRLINE HAS REJECTED THE BOOKING DUE TO FARE DIFFERENCE AND THE AMOUNT OF RS.5694/ WOULD BE REFUNDED TO US IN 9 DAYS.ON SUBSEQUENT FOLLOW-UP , THE TRAVEL AGENCY INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED THE BANK GATEWAY AND THEIR BANK IS NOT PERMITTING REFUND AND SUGGESTING THAT WE SHOULD USE THE AMOUNT FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. WE HAVEW NO FUTURE TRAVEL PLAN AND HENCE WE WANT THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED. THE TRAVEL AGENT IS NOT REPLYING TO MY MAILS AND IS NOT COMING FORWARD TO REFUND THE MONEY. THE TRAVEL AGENCY’S APPROACH CAUSES DOUBT OF CHEATING AND HENCE THIS COMPLAINT.
