I got call from Yatratimes.com and I have booked Dubai Hotel Package for next November. They gave me quotation for Radission Blu in 23K including 6 night hotel stay with extra bed, Breakfast, Dinner, Airport transfer and sight seeing.
I get conformation number and details. When I called at Hotel, they denied that there is no such reservation. When I complain back, they started getting quotation. After 3-4 days when I sent cancellation email, they give conformation. In written it was just showing room but no other facilities. When I inquired, they said all included and talked at hotel. But again cross checking with Radission Blu, it is clear that was just for room. That gave me doubt that even room charges may not be paid and I may need to pay when I reach.
So I finalized to cancel this package. As per package document, cancellation was fine before 7 days of departure and I was cancelling before 1.5 month. At one site they are showing cannot cancel after 10 days but here cancallation was also in 7 days of booking.
But after Cancellation, they stop replying email and picking phone calls.
This is clear Fraud case and beware of any booking from Yatratimes.com. Many people files cases on this company and I also started process for same.
