I purchased a Nokia cell phone from Ebay, product was defective so I logged a claim for refund, after so many days they are pushing me to re-ship the product first then they will refund the money within 7-10 business days.
I am bearing the pain since i purchased the phone on 25th march and logged complaint on 02 April. All the online portal has two way communication, if the product is defective or non-functional then they send the person the collect the phone so I am not responsible to re-ship the phone because fault is not mine.
They have given me the email-id ” DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-
[email protected]” to go further however email id is fake, provided email id is not active, delivery of the recipient has been failed permanently.
