I have purchased 1 TON Window AC VOLTAS last year on Dated 27-4-2015. When i started the AC in this season it is showing some problem and compressor not working properly. Then i made a complaint on Dated 9-4-2016 vide complaint no- 16040901353. Service person came to my house , he check out the AC and told me there is problem PCB. It will be repaired after some time. Because my AC warranty is near to expire on Dated 27-4-2016 I again complaint to service center vide complaint no-16041115876 on Dated 11-4-2016.Again a service person came to my house and take PCB with him for repair and closed my complaint. I again made complaint because my AC was not repaired and complaint was closed so New complaint no-16041215003 on Dated 12-4-2016. Again service person came with another broken PCB for replace then i told him why should i accept broken PCB if the AC is under warranty.
Sir, Now till today My AC is not repaired and they are waiting for expire of warranty period so that it can charge.I also made calls to customer care but no solution is provided till date. Kindly provide after sale service as soon as.
