Cheque submitted on 18th oct,2014 money not credited

Hi,

I have received YES bank cheque in name of Ruma Mondal , cheque no :018930 , A/c payee : 00000020069800259, SBI account, PBB Koramangala for PF money.

I have submitted it in SBI branch code(SBIN0004636) : on 18th Oct,2014. Till date the money has not been credited in my account. I have visited SBi many time, they said they have sent the cheque, but they do not have nay update on the clearance or etc.Upon asking they are showing very rough behaviour and saying they can not entertain me twice for this query. They sent the cheque, their duty is done. I said the validity of the cheque is 10th dec,2014. They the said that they are not bothered for that.

Its been almost 2 months and I did not get my money.I have contacted PF@wipro, they are only saying that they are investigating.
I have called SBI PBB koramanagla may be 100 times, they are not picking up.It not possible to travel to bangalore from kolkata to know the status.
I have contacted YES bank, They are also saying that they can not help since the a/c is with SBI.

My question is how long I have to wait to get my money credited in A/c? Can you pls help me on this?
