Airtel is a fraud company.Their advisors are not trained properly where in they provide wrong information about the free allowances.
One such instance,where i was misinformed about the data allowance by a advisor in the tech department and was shooted with a bill over 2400 rupees.the compalints yeam is not responsive.they do have the odasity to pick up the complaints from their web portal.more over to add to this the account is sent to a colloection agency in Santacrize East.There the reps call and say will do a settelement on the account and take a payment.However later only to be informed by the airtel rep that it was a part payment.Worst service ever provided.
