I Have Ordered a BlackBerry Storm 9530 vid order no-3961828 on 9th May 2012, but when i received the parcel it was found that the parcel was already used with scratches all over and the product was also not satisfactory, I inform them about the same and they ask me to returned it and once they get it they will refund the amount.But to my surprise once they received it they are neither picking up my call neither replying to my email.I have all the mails from them, even the mail from the CEO of Naaptol.
