Torturing for Data card bill payment which was disconnected long back

Name of company/service: MTS

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am getting the calls continuously from MTS data card department to pay the bill for ‘8694806034’ which i cancelled the connection long back at 24thApril,2012 by paying the entire dues up to that time.When I am calling to customer care they are telling that there is no need pay anything.Still every day Iam getting the calls from MTS accounts dept.When I kept the mail reg this to MTS they sent a mail to me that my connection got disconnected in Jun due to non payment of bill.Really Iam confused with the responses what I got from three differnt departments in a same company where there is no due from my side.The Calls Iam getting from the MTS are really disturbing and I am requesting you take some action.

    Hello.. Customer care people contacted me. I did not get the proper resolution. So now the issue is at Nodal Appellate. I am waiting for the response from them since 25th of this month.
