I Mr.Dipankar Biswas booked a mobile with Bag It Today online order no 76634.consignment no L00483869.paid 3098.00.But the mobile received is imported in 2010 battery capacity is min,touch panel is not working. I informed their customer care mailed them to exchange it with another good quality mobile they denied. please take necessary step otherwise they will cheat others also. Increasing M.R.P they give discount 70%-80% and cheat people. Please help me it is hard earned money can’t go it waste.
