Pathetic Post Sales Service in under warranty Period by LG

I purchased one LG LED TV having model No 32LE5500 having MRP Rs.53490 on 30th July 2011 from Raj Electronics & same has stopped functioning on 20th of May 2012. The invoice value was Rs.35000/-. Complain has been lodged vide RNA 120521026663 through customer care on 21st May 12, Technician visited my residence on 27th & found panel in damaged condition. They updated the status against the said ticket on 30th May to Replace The TV & ticket was cancelled. Again I raises complain vide complain No RNA 120527061952, RNA 120530014828 & RNA 120606093492 on 27th May, 30May & 7th June respectively & found the status cancelled everytime having the same updated status(TV Need to be Replaced).

Though the model is no more available in market officials sitting in Odisha customer care choose a model ie: LG 32LS4600 having MRP Rs 42000/- & Dealer Pice Rs.37500 for replacement. I came to know that the features available in LG 32LS4600 is very less as compared with my TV & the price is Approx Rs.34000/- in market which is not a suitabloe replacement at all. As discussed on 11th June 12 they suggested to refund the invoice money back.
Till now lot of e-mails has been sent to customer care Bhubaneswar requesting the early resolution but not yet solved & they are still trying to convince to Replace with that demotional Model.
