I have bought a Daikin split air Conditioner from Hari Om electronic, Rohini, Delhi on 6-June 2012 and it has stopped working on 17th-June-2012. For 10 days we have been trying to get the unit replaced but Daikin Service Staff on visit first told us that electronic chip is faulty and it would be replaced. Then they replaced it after two days of wait but Ac still doesn’t work and now they have told us that fan motor is faulty and that needs to be replaced. why would we buy a new Ac if we have to replace so many parts in 10 days!!! However neither has Daikin India replaced AC or repaired this faulty unit sold to us. They are selling your products at higher price than competition and customer expect quality products from them. Not faulty substandard products. My family has already suffered without AC in this Delhi heat for 10 days of peak summer season. I have been requesting dealer Hari Om Electronics and Diakin Customer Care to either replace this unit or refund me my money on immediate basis. However allI get is assurances and no one has fixed the problem. I request your intevention for immediate resolution of this.
