I recharged on 31st july with 81213, the offer showed me 15 days validity for 43 rs recharge, and i got only 10 days validity and my benefits are wasted because validity expired on 8th august. i want my benefits and validity back as it is not my fault. it is still showing 15 days validity in your system *121# and i have screenshot of it. emailed customer care three times, visited store three times, they arrogantly replied that i got benefits. where should one go? if companies keep harassing customers like that?
