Hello sir. I’m a customer of Aircel and this company troubling me from month of April. This company always add fake charges on my no. i.e 7809215874 & deduct money. I’ve tried a lot to resolve this but their respond is harrasing & their executives not talk properly. Every time they say I’ve downloaded this, that etc. Even if i’m not using a multimedia set. Recently in 24 July they deduct 15 rs and said I’ve downloaded animation, when the whole day there is no network coverage. Always they activate some stupid service from their side and deduct my balance. Please resolve my problem and oblige.

Dear Sir,
We have verified your account details and found that on dated 24th Jul 2015 a content “ANIMATION” was downloaded from your number 7809215874 through transaction mode WAP and Rs.15/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
