cheating of mimobitv BSNL

sir,my mobile number is 8989234500.on 17-7-13 rs.40/- is deducted from my mobile number,and there is a service named “MIMOBITV” activated in my mobile number .i also gave a unsubscribe msg but not response it to “mimobitv bsnl” i tried bsnl costumer care number but not recieve any call, please helpus sir..
