Dear Sir,
I have taken policy named money back opt 2 in 2010 of Rs. 30000/- per yr. Policy no. is 14025900209.
After two year they verifying with me you policy is for 15 yr. But I have already register a complaint via call center within 15 days of free look period that I have not taken this policy for 15 yr. My mistake is that I cannot take token no. of that complaint.
They excused that you have to check first terms and condition of the policy.
Matter is that I have taken this policy only for 3 yr. because my financial is condition is not good. So, I took this policy and Agent has also cleared me that your policy will be only for 3 yrs.
Company is totally denying of it that Your form duly signed by you. But I signed form only that document did not fill the year column. Agent has cleared me that I will go to office and cleared your year condition as per your requirement.
Till date this matter not resolved. I am totally helpless. Kindly help me.
