Cheating by Idea in sms pack recharge

Dear sir,
Believe me Idea celluler is the 3rd class company I have ever seen. Just few minutes ago I have recharged with Rs 15 in which showing that there are 150 sms and with 15 days validity.
But after recharge with same I got a msg of received 150 sms but only having 14 days validity and after few mins again I got another sms saying you have got 15 days validity.
I called customer care I made complaint but they refuse it saying technical difficulty. I told him to connect me with senior person, but he also gave me bloody answer in which he said me that you can get 15 days validity only on paper voucher. I asked him that if i m doing same amount of recharge from my cell then how can you say that you cant get 15 days validity. even I told him I got two msg of different validity that stupid person refused it. After talking 18 mins and by spending 3 Rs I got nothing.
There is not a big issue of jst 1 day more validity bt its an issue of cheating by idea.
Seriously Its a cheating, 3rd class company and thair customer care employees too..
