The serice provider has charged unecessorily high amount for the internet service. They concealed certain facts which were must to b known to me. They took rs.5000 at the time installtion which include advance for the first month. They even disconnected the service but kept on the billing process fir two months. I have used the service only for one month i.e. april. My father is diabetic and suffering from high blood pressure. The high amount of the bill has became a headache for him and due to which certain problems arising in family. They daily ask for the payment and for any complaint have to go to the service provider’s office which 25 km away from my house. Kindly take strict action over this issue.
