post paid to prepaid conversion of mobile 7755955310

Dear team, I have submitted the airtel post paid to prepaid connection of my mobile bill.Please find the details below. 1. Request date : 19th June 2015 2. Area / Location of the airtel Relationship Centre : Sivaji Chowk, Opp KPIT, Near Hinjewadi Chowk, Hinjewadi Maharastra-411057 3. SIM number : 8991900992000405127U H2 4. Amount paid as deposit and start fee¿ : 50 INR 5. Receipt number¿ : I did not get any receipt from your team 6. Account number : NA 7. Order number8. Alternate contact number : 9980149105 After dicussuion with Airtel relationship center(mentioned above) and 121 customer care I have waited for bill payment date June 24 and paid the full bill. Also send the Cancellation mail. I do not have any dues with me. Every day I am sending mail, Calling to customer care but no body is resolving my problem. Initially they told it will resolve in one or two days. Now 121 team sending that I have due amount. I send reply mail asking the usage bill. I am ready if i have used the post paid after bill payment.I have request conversion before bill generation date . your team send reply mail wait for bill generation and relationship center also told that you do not any pending bill in 2 days your new sim will activated. but its almost one month over. Till now its not activated.
