I have a aircel connection number – 9859567218,and at the month of june recharge a voucher wich content 11000 sec free voice calls,168 sms and 750 mb 2G/3G data accoriding to their chart as wel as 1288 i.v.r service.But after that recharge i got 600 mb 2G data instead of 700 mb 2/3 G data,so talk to their 198 service executives.They reply that scheme had changed.So,this month before another recharge of ₹..268 wich content 22,000 sec free voice call,268 sms and 1GB 2/3G data wich i have on 14/07/14 at 7.56 p.m consult with their executive by voice call and also 1288 service.They confirm me that scheme is same as i know and 1288 reply.But after recharge,i got only 750 mb data instead of 1Gb..that means aircel cheating with their customers with false plan.as i have a recorded audio of that scheme by i.v.r service of 1288.plz take some action agaiNst them as soon as possible.
