Dear Sir,
I have made a online purchase from rediff shopping on 4-7-2014 and my order no is 9988753.As the item was not upto my choice due to its quality issue I returned the product to the dealer as said by Rediff Shopping by DTDC Courier with tracking no K71641977.My total refund amount is Rs 1029 and courier charges is Rs 160.I have requested Rediff Shopping to return my money back more than 30 times by calling their customer care number 18002662333 and mailing them at [email protected] one responds and at their call center they everytime gives me false promises and excuses.So kindly help me to get my amount back.

Dear Sir,
Your customer support is asking for my bank details for an online refund direct to my bank account but you are saying that you are returning by cheque .please clear as this confusion and changing of various words of your customer support is going on from the very first day when I lodged my complaint.I don’t believe you until and unless I get my refund amount back.This way simply you are misleading your customers.Regards,
