Dear Sir, I have purchased a HCL ME Y2 Tab on online shopping through Ebay India on 6th Oct 2014 with Ebay Paisa Pay Id 37527726417 & the seller was Edge Infotel, SHED 9 DSIDC Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1, Delhi-110020 with Invoice No EDGE/14-15/7001 dtd. 06/10/14. The seller has send me a 2 years old tab which Mfg date is 07/2012 & also the the Tab is damaged & defective & is not running. Now Ebay told me to contact the seller to replace it & the seller told that there Tab stock is no more & they can’t replace it. the seller has told me that the refund can be done after the defective Tab is sending by me at my own cost. So look into matter as early as possible to get refund of it or replace of it. The seller has advised me to go to the HCL Service Center because it is in warranty period & I am sure the HCL Service Center will not accept it because the Tab is 2 years old.

Dear Sir, What can I do now? Can I go to the HCL Service Center to repair it or I can wait for you to take necessary step regarding this? If I go to the HCL Service Center, I think it is my surrender to the cheater i.e. Ebay as well as the seller Edge Infotel.. So Sir, please look into the matter and take such a step as this type of cheater can’t take any other step in future & before doing this in future they must think once again to do this. I think that money have stolen by anyone but they can’t cheat in future to any other Customer like me. On the packet of the Ebay, it is written 100% satisfaction/refund or replacement, all the things goes away after money is into their pocket. Truthness/believeness all are passes away slowly, but I believe truth has never been defeated, it must win.
