hi , this is Shifa . we got an airtel DTH connection in january 2014. everything was going so smothly but this month on 3 october 2014 we recharged with INR 300/- which meant to be work for around 41 days as we are using the plan of INR 220/- monthly pack. but after 10 days (ie on 13 october) we got an sms that some movie pack of INR 75/- has been activated, which was not activated by anyone of our family members. i don’t know how can someone change our plans without knowing our customer ID.
after that we got an Sms that some sports channel or something was activated and balance was deducted..
then they changed our mobile number in their system, associated with our Airtel DTH, instead of our mobile number, now, they are showing some orrisa’s mobile number with our customer’s id and when we call on that number, its not working.. means it is just the technical problem in the Airtel system.
finally after 18 days today, (20 october2014) whole of the balance has been deducted and we are sitting without TV now.. which is such a shame for the company.. because our TV had to work till 10 november 2014.
we have been calling to C.C.E day and night but no one is resolving our complaint instead of that they are saying that it is impossible and then they say that it is the company’s fault,,wow !! they cannot solve the problem and blaming the company.. how can someone change al the details of our Airtel DTH and why the company don’t correct their technical system..
how shame for such a big named company.. “AIRTEL”
i want the resolution now or i will raise my voice till i don’t get the solution.
