Fraud on credit card from Vadafone duplicate sim card

Hi,

I hereby declare that due to issue of Vadafone duplicate sim for my number to unknown person without proper documentation. Some one had withdrawn almost 57,000 from my SBI and HDFC credit card. Unknown person changed my HDFC and SBI credit card pin number by using my mobile number which was issued by Vadafone on fake documents.

I already complained on 100 number on 18 evening, however police team told us that we need to complain to Vadafone and then complaint to police.

Now, I lost rs 57,000 from my HDFC and SBI credit card and I want to claim this from Vadafone.

Please help me in recovery of rs 57,000 from Vadafone.
