Paytm.com didn’t deliver few products of my order but marked complete order as delivered

I have raised a ticket with Ticket #103078113: Reg: Order # 608050947 in paytm on oct 7 but till now paytm didn’t respond and resolve issue.Please find the issue below:
I have placed order for Indigo Nation Formal Pant for sizes 32 and 34 but only size34 pant was delivered but you the order was updated as both sizes 32 and 34 trousers were delivered.
This is really worst part from paytm and I have mailed them more than 6 times till now.I want you to take serious action against paytm.
